The process was very slowwwww. You’ll interview…then wait weeks to hear back on next steps, then interview again, then wait weeks to hear back on next steps, then meet with your potential colleagues and manager, then wait weeks to hear back on next steps and on and on…personally, the process sucked the momentum out of me and killed my desire to keep learning about the company/products/procedures while I sat in limbo waiting to hear what may or may not happen next.
