1. Screen - via the TA recruiter
2. Hiring Manager - phase 2 includes a detailed interview with a hiring manager for that type of role. It is not necessarily the hiring manager for that position
3. Group interview / exercise - if you advance past phase 2, a group interview is required with team members, management, and peers

The interview process apparently doesn't depend on progressional logic but wild fly by your seat nonsense. The recruiter had a phone screen with me and then determined I should go through the *complete* recruiting process and be scheduled for every stage at that point - regardless of the feedback of say, the actual hiring manager or how I felt at each stage. 1. Recruiter Phone Screen - 30 minutes 2. Hiring Manager Interview - 40 minutes 3. Panel Interview - 90 minutes 4. Values Interview - 35 minutes 5. Team Member Interview - 35 minutes The worst part here was when the Hiring manger asked me during the actual interview "do you have any questions for me?" and then when I asked two questions was visibly upset, irritated and annoyed with the fact that I brought them up at all and then *reprimanded me* and told me I should have waited until the very end of the process to be "asking questions". .....Despite her directly asking me to bring them up. Additionally Atlassian is currently in a culture break/change status; they have a strong air of grind culture that is breaking their team - every person I interviewed with has been with the company for 3-5 years and brought up how burnt out they are as well as the fact that they know things need to change. Despite this first step of awareness, there's no practical execution here to actually manifest this change; this was a "new" team that they didn't know what to hire for and couldn't agree on would be appropriate, they are asking for 10 YEARS of "experience" for a Sr. role whereas in the industry comparable would be 5-7, and for all that the compensation is lower than industry standard even (with undoubtedly more work, again given the inside feedback).

Can you describe Cloud providers you've designed implementation and configuration plans for? How would you scope out a deployment for an enterprise customer from introduction to live running?
