Once I applied, it took 2 weeks for a recruiter to contact me. I had a follow up call/ phone screening, was told within the week I would hear next steps. After a week and I half of no follow through, I followed up via email with again zero response. After 2 and a half months I received a email notification that they moved forward with different candidates. I understand if I was not the right candidate for the position, certainly, but setting what seem to be false timelines and ignoring any follow up communication seems unprofessional and disorganized.
