Simple interview nothing special. Standard questions, seemed unorganized honestly. I got the feel it has a high tumor over rate. They want you to dedicate 50 hours a week on salary so no over time

Entrevista
I Received an email requesting a phone interview. I scheduled the time, it was easy enough. The interview was just under the promised 30 minutes. I was disappointed because the interviewer wasn’t that interested in my experience or expectations other than salary. She spent most of the time bragging about the company, almost as if she were trying to get me interested, which was odd because I applied so she should have known I was interested. No follow up at all.

Applied was contacted via email by recruiter who set up time for phone interview. Recruiter asked me what she would say about my work history because I had recently left a job after a year and a half. And the job previously after 9 months. The job prior to that I was with for 21 YEARS. I felt she was insinuating that I was a job hopper. I had good reason for why I left the last two companies. She said ok, we will be getting back with all applicants on the 23rd to let them know if they are chosen for the next step process. Never heard back from them. No email, nothing. As a store Manager who hired assistants and managers I always let applicants know what the decision was and personally thanked them considering the position and the company. It’s called Professional courtesy. Mainly she asked about experience, and stressed that managers work 55 plus hours a week. I could tell from talking to her that this company goes through a lot of managers being burned out with no work life balance. So I guess I should be glad I wasn’t contacted again.
