Three rounds. First round - Interview with a Recruitment Company. Second round - Three interviews with future Colleges, Manager and Senior Manager. Third round - Pitch a presentation to the management.

Overall the questions asked were fairly standard. Some based on C.V. some about technical skills, knowledge of the industry personal interest and so on. It is important to have some experience with Excel and Power Point as well being able to use SQL is advantageous. It is crucial to be able to communicate with clients. The proven ability to develop relations is extremely advantageous.
