Entrevista
One on one with one of their tech leads who are used as an interviewer. They ask you about your previous 3 jobs and how your skills from those jobs would help you in the position you apply for. They ask you to download the app that you will have customers download on every call to help troubleshoot problems with customers devices.

A group of people at first, then singled out with an interviewer to answer questions and do a concise mock call. Pretty good, quick, and smooth if you ask me. Customer service and sales experience/skills help.
phone call they are solely focused in your sales capabilities with a minimum of tech knowledge with cellphones and computers. Sales is key to being hired and their main point of interest.

Interview was smooth, very well organized if you are interviewed by certain operation managers, be prepared for a lengthy process. Depending on the position you will be asked either technical or leadership questions
