The assessment lasted for about 6hr with breaks in between every other session. The interview included a value-based interview, a presentation, and a group exercise, which is pretty fun to work on. The overall experience is pretty positive, and no technical questions were asked. The assessment is a bit longer compared with the standard interviews, but since they put everything in one day, I think it's quite an effective move.
