One full day of interviews and group tasks. The interviews comprised of one technical interview and one soft skills interview. Group tasks included decision-making discussions with other candidates and a teamwork-based task.

I had to answer a series of questions as part of the application regarding basic competency such as why I want this role. They said they would respond within a month after I submitted, although they took slightly longer.
