The interview process is quite thorough. I met with multiple creative directors, over a number of rounds, and the success in one would lead to the scheduling of the next. I was asked a number of career oriented questions around my experience level and desired trajectory in the years to come, and then I took the interviewers through a few of my key projects so they could understand my design thinking.
