After initial phone screens, I was asked to give a technical presentation over video chat to a group of engineers. They had great questions about my work. They brought me on-site for an interview. This consisted an hour Q&A session probing different methods of testing electric machinery components, instrumentation, experimental design. Then several 1:1 with various engineers and upper management.
