Interview cancelled 30 mins prior to the schedule on the day; as someone who is involved with recruitment where I currently work - I am fairly certain these decisions to put a “vacancy on hold” don’t get made 30 mins prior to the interview. Value the time of individuals who may have spent hours prepping for the Seemingly Legit Opportunity that you decide to put on hold with no explanations.
