I applied through the company website as a generic application, not a specific job. Following this, I received an email stating that I had stood out to the company and they wanted to schedule a phone interview. The scheduled time arrived for the interview but the phone call never came. I followed up to see if there was an issue getting through or if a different time needed to be scheduled, unfortunately I've still had no response. I believe Arrival are doing great things. However, I think they need to look into their application process. Reading other interview experiences, this seems like common practice for the company to treat potential employees. Good luck to them and anyone who goes through the application process.
