I responded to a "Help Wanted" flier posted on the door of an Arby's restaurant and asked one of the employees for an application. After filling out the application and returning it to the manager in a prompt manner, I received a call for an interview. The interview took place at the restaurant and focused mostly on my previous work history. It was a very short, standard, low pressure interview. A day or two later, I received a call from the manager offering me a position.
