First was a short 20 minute phone interview where basic questions were asked about availability and job requirements. Then I was offered a secondary interview but had to complete 3 technology assessments beforehand. At the secondary in-person interview I was asked questions, had time to discuss my qualifications, etc. I was then asked to interview at the administration building for a mutual fit assessment.
