Three phases: - Interview with HR, where they check some basic things; - Written Exam (1-2 hours) for SW, Systems, Electrical, Electrical CAD, Test jobs; - Interview in English with Manager and Technical Manager (Polish) where they check academic/professional background, ask more technical questions, and try to push you hard to the job they want to fill (sometimes not the job that you applied for).
