The interview process was very long, they asked questions that made no sense for the job itself. I guess they were checking for a personality fit or something. The hiring managers were very painstakingly slow.

They asked very many irrelevant questions such as whats your major at school and why, very few questions were about my work experience or the job

Did an interview with assistant manager, lasted five minutes and they wanted to do another interview with the head manager.
Only asked me two questions which was weird, I never had an interview like that before.
Pretty pointless imo and I don't think they respect your time well - from reading other reviews it seems quite unconviential though so maybe it was just a weird store.
The interview process was quick and easy. They had me come in the morning and ask very basic questions about my previous experience in the industry and some behavior questions
