Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 4 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Apple (Schaumburg, IL) en jul 2012
Entrevista
I applied to work a sales position-overall I would consider myself very knowledgeable about Apple products, having owned quite a few of them myself. I submitted my application via their website, and received an email back about a week and a half later. We scheduled an interview at the store the following week.
The interview was fairly straightforward, asking about my interests, biggest accomplishments and failures, and knowledge about Apple products. The one question that surprised me asked about my hobbies and how I planned to develop them.

Asking about my hobbies and how I planned to develop them-a simple question, but I was caught off guard. Don't be caught off guard-treat the interview as a life interview, not a job interview.
Good lots of sales and support and repairs and triaging and personal stories. Stories of character and working with others. Maybe a question about being a good person and how that reflects to the customer experience
the manager first ask me to introduce myself and then let me share my expirance about my previous job.Everything goes well, manager are very nice and I'm every happy to have this chance
Had great conversations with everybody throughout the process it was definitely very thorough, however did not get a response after a few rounds which was a bit disappointing, would recommend at least giving candidates closure if they didn't make it to the next rounds after investing time into the process already
