There is several steps, first the application, then an online video interview and games, if passed you may receive a telephonic interview which then allows you to progress to a whole day of tests and interviews if passed

It was a hireview video interview, it consisted of five questions and two games at the end. it can be done anywhere, anytime and you are given two chances to record your answer. The games were timed and it was a shape game and a numbers game.
