The interview process consisted of a quick chat on the telephone then an "interview" the next day (being interviewed 2 at a time for 5 minutes and no opportunity to ask questions) then the next day there was a day of observation. If you were successfull at the morning of observation then you would have another interview in the afternoon. I didn't get that far because I chose not to continue with the day of observation.
