Part 1 - I received a task and virtual interview link on a Friday at 11am with the expectation of returning it by Monday. The task was about a 90-120 minute task and the virtual interview led to a link with 3 questions in which you recorded your response. The next stage was an interview with 2 employees. The interview was very impersonal rapid fire questions - about 20 questions in a 30 minute span. After the interview they shared a tight timeline and said they'd get back to met with more info at the end of the week. I waited 1.5 weeks before reaching out and then received an automated email the following day saying that I would not move forward. I would recommend that Amplify reviews their interview process to see if it matches their culture overall and if it does, I would caution respective job seekers in thinking about how the culture is reflected in their interview process.
