The interview process was quite quick (1.5 months). I applied for the position through the subcontracting company EPAM Systems. There were 6 interview sessions in total: 4 with EPAM Systems and 2 with AMEX. Overall, my impression after the interviews was good. I answered all the questions, but the response from HR was that the client liked my background and experience but was looking for someone more experienced. They also mentioned that I seemed tense during the interview (which sounds more like an excuse).
