Very pleasant and quick. I would recommend this company to anyone for employment. The team is very responsive. Even on the weekends. Which was not expected at all. If you’re not applying for employment with American Express then what are you doing?!?
easy and straight forward, it was two interviews and the questions were directed to get to know you and to know how you will fit with the job, the offer was presented within the week of the second interview and hiring process was little bit lengthy but it was with clear directions

Virtual video interview with 10 questions and also 1 written portion. The second intro was a virtual zoom panel with 5 questions and a role play. They use the STAR METHOD for the interview so just make sure you use that format.
