The entire process was distributed into 4 rounds: 1)Assessment Test including some basic questions related to JavaScript, HTML,CSS and React. 2)Technical Interview: Based on the skills you have on your resume . The interview person was pretty good and made the interview a smooth process 3)Managerial Round- This kind of sucked. I was expecting some general questions related to my work experience but the interviewer himself was confused about what he was asking. The questions were not at all clear and he kind of seemed frustrated while explaining his questions. I think a person with so much of experience must have some patience and try to listen to other person's opinion too rather than just understanding what he wants to understand. He asked about what problems I faced in my throughout career, I mentioned work pressure and that how I kept myself motivated and completed my work with great focus and will despite having small deadlines, but the interviewer kept on asking what exactly was the problem???? I mean I think I made myself clear "work-pressure" this seems as a problem to me. I don't know what else he was expecting the answer to be.
