The process was handled extremely unprofessionally. I realised they don't value the candidates time. Shows the company culture. I was on my way for my 3rd level interview when the recruiter called up saying this interview will be on call in next 30 mins. I couldn't have reached home by that time. Had to take the call midway and wasted my time travelling as well.
