An online application process through Indeed.com, but originally saw their posting on Craigslist. Once application reviewed by their HR staff they called and texted and requested a phone interview. After phone interview we scheduled a brief video call for the next day. Job offer was emailed to me that afternoon. Interview was very laid back.

I applied, they messaged me back on Indeed with a time to schedule a Google Meet interview. During the interview, I was asked to tell them about myself, and I did including any past experience. I was hired during this interview, really easy, and offered $24 an hour from the range of $22 to $26 because I had previous experience working with people with autism.
