Very structured interviewing process based on the STAR methodology. The interviewers were respectful and always asked if I needed a break. The loop interview (final stage) was also a total of 5hrs with the possibility to split it into two days. I found that splitting my loop into two days helped me to give both days my best at all times.

Tricky but easy if you prepare thoroughly. STAR method is very important. Go through leadership principles and have a story ready for each LP. Be ready to be grilled on the stories. Be ready to ans as many questions as possible about the stories - so be genuine . Cant fake it

Reached out by recruiter via referral. Had one screening round with recruiter and then a phone interview of about 1 hour. The questions were standard Amazon leadership principle based. Had to map previous experiences I worked on to the grid of leadership principles to talk through them.
