Entrevista
Typical AWS interview process with phone screen and a loop interview. The recruiter was a delight to work with. From the initial phone screen to the loop interview, every step was well-coordinated and conducted with professionalism. Only issue with the entire thing I felt was that the profile could have been discussed earlier for opportunity fitment. Being a non-mainframe guy, I was always the easy one to dispose.

Expect lot of prep work to be done for all the AWS positions. Everything must align with their STAR methodology of answering questions and they are looking to gauge candidates on leadership principles.
