45 minute conversation where the person was late to the call. We talked a bit, and I got him talking. Actually didn't ask me any questions. Walked away expecting a follow on interview where they might dig further. Never heard from them again, until one of my buddies went to work up there. Either they found someone with more direct AWS experience than I had or they got re-organized in between interviews....
