The interview was based on Amazon Leadership Principles, and there were three to four scenario-based questions. There were two interviewees, the hiring manager and another interviewer from Human Resources. A good amount of technical questions were also asked.

What is a problem you encountered, and tried to solve with limited knowledge of the subject and no buy-in from your manager?
Tough, incredibly long process. Longer than it needs to be. Space the day out better or conduct multiple interviews over the course of a week. Some interviewees were disinterested, other were nice. Overall okay experience.
There was no interview conducted. All I had to do after applying was pass a background check. I was hired almost immediately after applying to the online application. This is the case for all logistics associates.
