interview consists of two phases: 1. Case study using Excel 2. General interview (they ask you to tell them a situation where you had difficulties managing a commitment how did you deal with it.

I had 2 stages for the interview. One was based on multiple STAR format behavioural questions, and the other a consulting case in excel, some math calculations and retail intuition.
Initial online assesment and if you suceed you will get invitied to two back to back interviews with two different people. That is all. The questions were not too hard. In one you will have to solve a case study

2 online assessments, one based on work situations and behavior, the other one more based on personality. 2 interviews, 1 based on Amazon leadership principles, and the other one based on a live Excel Business case.
