There is no interview only an assessment to see which job best fits you. There is also a drug and background check. The job is easy to get but difficult to keep due to strenuous physical activity required.

Not that bad, was not hard, they ask you very simple questions as they always hire and rotate out workers, they are looking for people with and without experience,you must take a drug test and will be asked if you're able to work nights and days or either or.

Have you worked a labor intensive job before applying.
there was no interview. The workers just asked for personal information. Then I took a drug test (administered by the mouth), and waited for the next steps for the hiring process.
