I was sourced by HR, which made me bypass the selection process up to the interviews. The latter went well, the interviewers were pleasant to talk to and the content adher to what we were told beforehand - behavioral and situational questions to be answered through the STAR framework.
However, the match between my profile and the open roles was clearly not there - and both the interviewers and myself recognized this early on (I have an economics and data analysis background, and the positions were related to government relations in which I had no interest whatsever). After I did not get an offer I asked about feedback, but none was given as per "company policy". I believe that given this was the last stage of the selection process, and I was sourced, the behavior was not very professional.
Did other interviews with them down the line, and got an offer for a better-match position. Ultimately my experience is that they treat you well if you can be useful to them, but not otherwise.
