You first have to take a virtual test that requires to calculate simple math problems and perform the personality test Then you get an email from the Amazon recruiters for an interview. The interview process is quite simple. You will get a virtual interview using Amazon Chime. First, the recruiter manager set up the meeting and you will the 1:1 interview from two current area manager.

Multiple online tests after application, followed by a virtual interview with various staff. Staff did not want to be on camera and did not have many good things to say about working there.
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.
