PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PROCESS/COMPANY ESPECIALLY IF YOUR IN A PART OF THE COUNTRY WHERE MINORITIES ARE NOT PROMINENT IN THE CITY(Youve been forwarned) A recruiter from linkedin called me and asked me to apply. They did an HR phone screening, a 45 minute interview over the phone with a simple math question and then a 3 hour onsite interview where they show you the facility. I was at CMH1 which they kept talking as if it was the biggest and best hub in the company(BULL)
So I am warning you please stay away from this company. The sole fact that they judge you in the first interview on your ability to do math at a fast pace should throw up a big red flag to you. I'll spare you the details of that and go straight to the onsite interview. The assistant GM showed me around the managers office where I saw ALL white males except for 1 SR operations manager who was a black female. Because I am a black male I should have ran when I saw this because they had already reached their quota for minorities in the building and interviewing me was just a mere formality, because they already made up their minds b4 this interview had started.
Be prepared to quantify everything including the dump you took before the interview starts because this interview is NOT an interview in fact, it is a game of GOTCHA. They will ask STUPID questions such as can you explain why you didnt reach a KPI, and please quantify to me your failure in a interpretive indian tribal dance for me....... until you say I dont know or you make up a stupid answer because that is indeed what this process is.
If however you would be eager to throw away 4-6 weeks of your life, please play jefferies sick game because, thats what he is for making up such an asinine monkey test, I can just imagine what it would be like to work for him

Multiple online tests after application, followed by a virtual interview with various staff. Staff did not want to be on camera and did not have many good things to say about working there.
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.
