Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 3 días. Acudí a una entrevista en Amazon (Vancouver, BC) en mar 2017
Entrevista
Phone interview only. Prior Amazon employee, so I also know the way they (used to) do in person interviews. The typical Amazon phone screen is super subjective ... they generally look for a variety of key words and then give feedback to the hiring manager.

Focus in the phone interview was clearly whether I was a hands on developer still. Some dev managers are focused on people, understanding business, people management, understanding product, scrum/agile. Some are purely focused on how good a developer you are FIRST and the "manager" part second. Each has their pros and cons. I am no longer hands on and thus this was not a good fit.
Pre-screening from their recruiter was not the best. Kept trying to lower my salary expectation. Their base salary is low compare to Google's. There were 4 rounds, 1 hour each round, with 4 different teams. Each round involves solving some technical questions. You spend half a day at their office.
