First you have to take a quiz in the language you are applying for to ensure you can do transcription, annotation, etc. It is very easy even if you have no experience, mostly common sense. Then there is a first phone interview half in English and half in the language you are applying for. The person interviewing me seemed really annoyed and like they didn't want to answer my questions, so that didn't go so well. However, I still made it to the second interview. The second interview was all in English and in person with 3 people from the team. They were all very kind and it was very easy overall, ironically much easier than the initial screening interview.
