Extremely fast and easy!! The recruited was very nice and pleasant to work with and all of the questions were standard and relevant to the role. They called me 10 minutes after I left the building and offered me the position. However, the way they were eager to get me to start ASAP should have made me realize I was about to walk into a nightmare.
Fairly simple. Two individual interviews with two people. They are a little misleading about shifts & schedules. Because the warehouses operate 24/7, the HR team is expected to also work 24/7. The shifts will be divided into days/hours so there is always someone able to help the associates.
I had three back to back interviews with three different interviewers a day and one interview took up to 30-40 minutes. It was a university hire process and I got heard back within 5 days.

Reached out by recruiter via linkedin and conducting a virtual 3 hour interview session with 3 different HR leaders. Standard and generic questions regarding previous experience and questions were asked utilizing the STAR method.
