Online application form, personality assessment, a simulation assessment, and then 2 separate interviews. Overall the process was straightforward and well organised. My only complaint is that you need to rank order the programs you're interested in. I wasn't interested the RLDP program but I selected it as my second option. They wanted me to move forward with the position but I was interested in FLD instead. Just make sure you understand which program you were selected to interview for - it may not be your top choice.

I took an online assessment and then was invited a couple months later to a first round of interviews ((two interviews, 45 minutes each). Two days later I was invited to a final round of interviews the following Monday (same formate as the first round; one of the interviewers was a senior director).
