I sent an email with my resume, and received an invitation to set up a phone interview a few days later.
The day of the phone interview, the recruiter informed me she was in a mall food court and actually didn't have my resume or any information with her. Regardless, I felt the interview went well, and she told me I'd hear back early the next week. I never did. I emailed her a week later asking for feedback, and she never replied. I'm in retail management--I understand telling people they didn't get a job is uncomfortable. However, it's the polite thing to do. I'm incredibly disappointed in this company I used to respect.

I had 2 interviews before being ghosted. I had been in communication with the company off and on for months. I had 2 interviews the 1st being a simple phone screening and the 2nd a zoom call. Everything seemed to go well, I was told I should have an answer in 2 weeks. 6 weeks later they never followed up or answered my calls or emails.

There were overall two interview processes I went through. One through zoom and one in person. With two district managers one being operations and the other being visual. Both interviews were the same thing they want to get to know you then talk about your retail history. Hour hour and half each

Went through 2 phone interviews. First with recruiter and then with the District Manager. After the 2nd interview the DM said she would be back in touch. I never heard back from her.
