The interviewer was highly unprofessional. They did not liaise with the HR team with whatever was expected for the interview, and chided the interviewee for not bring the proper documents, when the onus should have been on the HR team to prepare such documents. In addition, when asking for the target salary, the interviewer slammed the interviewee for placing a target that was too high. Without even asking if the target was negotiable or validating the credentials and worth. Finally, the interviewer straightup just said that OT is the norm and employees are expected to do OT. The interviewee has not even joined the company and by asking such questions and saying such things is a major red flag. Which makes the company seem like a slavedriving company. In conclusion, for applicants looking to apply for the role, please be wary and prepared for the unprofessionalism of the interviewer. It was the worst interview experience I had.
