The interview was very much as I was led to expect in the extensive material sent in advance. The final round interview is very focused on motivation and role alignment

Interview process was ok, several stages and language test as it was a particular language speaking role, only downside really was very little feedback given at the end when not successful. When I asked for a feedback call as to why I wasn’t successful they didn’t answer my question and it was a 2 mins call saying that I was just unsuccessful.
