He kept asking questions an outsider isn't supposed to know, very specific questions that are hard to find anywhere. The interviewer was also very straightforward and didn't make me feel welcomed or at ease.

Entrevista
First phone screening with HR. Another interview with HR but this one is more in depth and you'll have to talk about your motivations of applying to AlphaSights, as well as about yourself. If you pass, you have a real-life case of what you'll be doing there. They give you all the instructions before and it is very straightforward. The process is very quick.
