Pretty long and tedious process. Overall the whole thing took about a month. I had 4 rounds of hour long interviews: one with HR, then with the Regional Manager, then the Senior Manager in NYC, and then an assignment with 3 VPs. I got to the last round, the assignment was really vague and difficult and the VPs were very cold. I did not get the job but from what I have heard the company puts a lot of pressure on their employees to the point where they cry in the shower and pull their hair out every day, and I don't want to work in an environment where they do that to their employees.
