I got through the first phone interview which was about 15-20 mins on very general questions about my work experience and why I wanted to work at Alphasights. I was then invited to a face to face interview at their offices which lasted about 1 hour.

One to one interview with recruiter - regular STAR questions, ended up asking about my proficiency in a third language I spoke even though that wasn't what I was recruited for

3-4 stages, last stage was really unexpected a far more intense behavioural and background interview, wasn't really given any materials from the company. However HR was super helpful whenever I reached out.

the first ai round was really easy. then the actaully first round was also Pretty easy first round. Asks you the basic questions. tell me about urself, what do you do at school etc.
