I reached out to a recruiter on LinkedIn. They set up a time to speak with me, but never bothered getting on the call. I sent them a message, which they ignored for four hours. When they finally decided to respond, they set up another time to speak with me. She blew that off, too. I left a VM with my number, but she could not be bothered to even get back to me.

The interview process involved their recruiter reaching out to me. I set up a time for a call with the recruiter but they never got on. Deciding to give this person the benefit of the doubt, I sent a message, which was answered six hours later that night, to set up another time. So, we set up another time to talk, which the recruiter also blew off. I sent another message, to which this fabulous recruiter never answered. What a terrible look for your company. To make matters worse, this person was promoted! You cannot make this up.
