The interview process consisted of an HR round and a communication assessment, followed by basic customer service and situational questions. The interview focused on communication skills, customer handling, flexibility for shifts, and overall suitability for the international voice process.
It was a good interview process where I felt respected, comfortable, and well-guided throughout. The interviewer was professional, polite, and created a space where I could express myself confidently. I appreciated the clear communication and the opportunity to discuss my skills and interests. The questions were relevant and allowed me to show that I am motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn. Overall, the experience was positive and helped me understand the role better. It gave me a chance to reflect on my strengths and how I can grow in a team-oriented work environment.

Smooth experience and interview was something anyone could crack just we need good communication skills and language skills. Interview might take a little while to finish but that's understandable in these cases when many attend
