The recruiter reached out to me and asked to schedule a call for 2 weeks in advance. She did not show up to the interview. After emailing, she rescheduled for the next week. The screening was unlike any other... asking me questions that I filled out on the application like 'What is your phone number?' and 'What is the name of your current company?' She ended the call letting me know I would hear from someone on her team the next week. I never heard back and was ghosted after following up.
