Contacted by a recruiter for an initial conversation. Their goal was to move quickly. During the call the recruiter made the decision to move me on and set the next interview while we were talking. During the next interview, that interviewer did the same thing. I was asked to speak with another resource and finally a 4th. 1 Recruiter. 4 leaders and one of the leaders twice. One of the interviewers was in Israel and I was happy to take the call early EST time. They were all very sharp. Well aligned. And very fast. They knew what they were looking for and moved at pace. Quick decision making. Their ability to run an interview process like this spoke volumes to me and I like the company more and more with each successive interview.
