Talk with HR, interview with Manager, personality test in office, selection interview with Manager and person above him. The Manager was drinking during my interview that was at 9am in the morning. He said there would be 1 week of training to manage taking 60+ calls per day. Said there was only 2 other people that knew how to do the job. It was a hard pass for me especially with the other reviews on this company.
