The interview was very formal but conducted via videochat. Before I was offered the interview, they asked me to do an (unpaid) assessment that lasted several hours consisting of creating an executive summary for a previous client. The interview itself was brief, I was asked to complete an additional assessment where I was given the website for a client company and asked to evaluated their investment potential. I was told I had the job offer by email immediately after the interview concluded.
